This update adds the latest DNSSEC validation trust anchor required for the upcoming Root Zone KSK Rollover and refreshes the list of root hints.

- dns-root-data - 2018013001~17.10.1
- Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
- dns-root-data - 2018013001~16.04.1
